Afterpay is available for any purchase under $1000 and for people over the age of 18 years. Afterpay is an external App and approval is determined by Afterpay, not The Music Spot. Afterpay is fully integrated, so all you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you are ready to buy)
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of GST and are in Australian Dollars.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). If you have paid via PayPal you will normally receive a receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Shipping is generally calculated on size/weight of the order and the remoteness of the customer’s location. Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before purchase is confirmed.
Larger items will be sent by courier and someone must be present at the designated shipping address during normal shipping hours (Mon – Frid 9 am – 5 pm) to sign for deliveries. Extra charges may be incurred for repeated delivery attempts. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO A POST OFFICE BOX NUMBER. It is also recommended that if you are at work during the day then a work shipping address would save the need for potential delivery to an unattended house. Unfortunately, we are unable to give specific delivery times as we use an external courier.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of stock availability, in some instances, items listed on our website may be temporarily out of stock depending on demand. If this occurs, one of our friendly team will contact you within 24 hours of your order (Mon – Frid 9 am – 5 pm) to discuss options and/or alternatives. Sale prices are for items in stock only and may not be available to re-order at the discounted price. Please contact the store to discuss the item.
Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending on availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products that are currently ranged as part of our advertised product.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely fashion but if there is going to be a delay we will contact you. Occasionally a product may not be available if the stock has been exhausted and our supplier is unable to meet our order. Where this is the case, and if you have already placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can decide whether you would like an alternative product or a full refund.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases please contact us within 7 days for a refund/exchange. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, damaged altered, dropped, scratched, scuffed, dinged, have belt buckle marks or broken after delivery and must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging, warranty card and owner’s manual (if applicable). All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. The Music Spot will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit and accordingly, we recommend taking out transit insurance to protect yourself.
Refund/exchange is only given under the following circumstances:-
*Significantly different to those shown or described to you
*Not doing what the product is supposed to do.
When you buy please choose carefully. We do not automatically give refunds for the following reasons:
*You just changed your mind
*No Proof of purchase is offered
*The customer bought the product for someone else who doesn’t want it
*The goods have been damaged after purchase
*The customer was made aware of a fault or blemish before they purchased the goods
